Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my REALLY GREAT 1 night stay here. The location for Colchester was magnificent, really close to the shops. Apart from that, Dedham Art & Craft Centre was 5 minutes away by driving. This hotel met expectation in every way, 100% recommend.

The bathroom is very narrow, and the shower is definitely small!!! Moving the USB chargers to the bedside plug would create more space on the counter too!!!

The shower was ridiculously small, barely any room to move. Scary walking from the bus stop in the dark-i was on edge the entire time! It's unfortunate that no one offered me a complimentary upgrade after this chaos. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.
